All packs of multiple cans/bottles, such as cases of beer, are only available for local zone delivery or store pickup.

Processing and Shipping Times

In-Store Pick Up

Please allow up to 24 hours (An order ready for pickup email will be sent when order is ready).

Delivery Within Edmonton & Area

Will be fulfilled and delivered by BIN 104 with some exceptions. Please allow 1 – 4 business days.
BIN 104 will arrange delivery time with you.

Delivery Out Of Edmonton & Area

Please allow 3 – 14 business days. Once your order has processed (this may take up to 5 business days) you will receive tracking information when your order ships. Please refer to Courier Information below.

BIN 104 Delivery Zone

All deliveries within Edmonton & area (Sherwood Park, Leduc, Nisku & St. Alberta) will be
fulfilled and delivered by BIN 104 with some exceptions.

Delivery Zone Costs:

Delivery for local orders under $100.00 is $10.00.

Delivery to Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Nisku & Leduc for orders under $150.00 is $10.00.

Free Delivery for orders over $100 in Edmonton and over $150in Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Nisku & Leduc.

For any deliveries outside of the Edmonton delivery zones we will use a courier. A courier cost will have to be accepted and added to the shopping cart. It is preferred that you use a business address for shipping but we can ship to most residential addresses and some rural addresses.

Courier Information

BIN 104 currently uses ATS Healthcare and Canada Post to ship on behalf of purchasers. If you would like us to use a different shipper, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know that you would like to arrange your own shipping.

Due to our courier constraint’s we CANNOT ship to PO boxes.

ATS offers quick delivery, temperature-controlled vehicles and takes extremely good care of all orders.  ATS will deliver to a business or residential address, however, when possible. BIN 104 recommends shipping to a business address for the following reasons:

  • Someone of legal drinking age must be at the address to receive the package.
  • If no one is home after 2 delivery attempts, there will be an additional $15 charge for the 3rd attempt.

Please note if you require to redirect the package to a new address after the order has already shipped
there will be a $25 redirect fee charged to your card used for the original order.

Canada Post Policies

All packages shipped with Canada Post will be sent with signature service. If no one is home at the time
of delivery the shipment will be available for pick up at your local post office. Someone of legal drinking
age must be at the delivery address to receive the package or be the one to pick it up at the post office.

BIN 104 Fine Wine and Spirits does not itself ship outside of Alberta.

In Extreme weather we use a specialized courier that only uses temperature-controlled vehicles.
Please confirm during checkout if we can ship to you. If we do not ship to your address, you will only have the option of in store pickup in Edmonton, Alberta.

BIN 104 takes great care in packaging all products purchased for shipping.  Even with the greatest of
care, though, issues can occur.   Neither BIN 104 nor ATS is able to provide insurance against breakage
of items in transit or the loss of the shipment, however that may occur (including through theft).

RETURNS POLICY

We can accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of purchase, when accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return based on the condition of the bottle & packaging. Any product with altered packaging cannot be accepted for return. All sale items are final sale. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order, provided they meet our conditions for return. The following criteria apply in most cases:

  • Returns are only accepted up to 14 days after receipt of the order.
  • Item(s) must be in saleable condition, the purchase price will be refunded.
  • If the item has been shipped outside Edmonton, the shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Faulty items will be evaluated on an individual case basis before a decision is made.
  • There is inherent risk in buying older wines.  While we store all of our wines properly, wines may nevertheless be defective.  We regret that we cannot accept for return wines more than 7 years old and costing in excess of $100 unless the producer agrees to replace the wine.
  • A re-stocking fee may apply.

Cancelling and Editing Orders

Once an order has been placed, it can be cancelled or changed up until it has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact BIN 104 at 1-780-436-8850. We begin processing orders immediately so you should act accordingly. Pickup & delivery orders will not be combined on the same invoice. All items for shipping must be placed on the same order.
