50ml Fords gin

25ml Maidenii dry vermouth

  • stirred
  • martini glass / neat
  • garnish with grapefruit zest & olives served on the side

Fruit Cup

25ml Maidenii Classic vermouth

25ml Fords gin

50ml ginger ale

50ml Sprite

  • build in glass
  • wine glass over ice
  • garnish with seasonal fruit

Gin & It

40ml Maidenii Sweet vermouth

20ml Fords gin

2 dashes aromatic bitters

  • stirred
  • martini glass / neat
  • orange zest garnish

Negroni

30ml Maidenii sweet vermouth

30ml Fords gin

30ml Campari

  • stirred
  • strain into rocks glass over ice
  • orange zest garnish

Spagliato (arrival cocktail)

1 oz. Campari

1 oz. Maidenii sweet vermouth

Top with Prosecco

  •    Build over ice in a highball or rocks glass
  •    Garnish with an orange wedge or wheel

Classic Gimlet

2 oz. Dorothy Parker gin

3/4 oz. Rose's lime cordial (can get at Safeway)

  •    Stir over ice
  •    Strain into chilled martini glass
  •    No garnish

Homemade Gimlet

2 oz. Dorothy Parker gin

3/4 oz. lime syrup*

  •   Stir over ice
  •   Strain into chilled martini glass
  •   No garnish

Tommy's margarita

2 oz. Wansas blanco tequila

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1/2 oz. agave syrup

  • Shake over ice
  • Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice
  • No garnish

*Tips

  • Can also use a reposado tequila as long as the bottle / brand says 100% agave.
  • If making a large pitcher of margarita, instead of shaking over and over. Add 1 oz. of still water for each drink.      
  • Ie. To make 25 margaritas

50 oz. Tequila

25 oz. fresh lime juice

12.5 oz. agave syrup

25 oz. still water

  • pour all ingredients into large pitcher, stir & refrigerate.
  • serve in rocks glass over ice

Pisco Sour

2oz. Campo de Encanto Pisco

1 oz. fresh lime or lemon juice

1/2 oz. sugar syrup*

1 dash aromatic bitters

  • Shake over ice
  • Strain into chilled white wine glass
  • No garnish

Young El Presidente

2 oz. Caña Brava 3 yo white rum

1 oz. Maidenii sweet vermouth

1-2 drops Apothecary cherry cedar bitters or Apothecary coffee cacao bitters

  • Stir over ice
  • Strain into chilled martini glass
  • Garnish with an orange zest

*Lime syrup:

  • Equal parts fresh lime juice to castor sugar
  • Stir until sugar is completely dissolved
  • Store in fridge up to 2 weeks

*Sugar syrup:

  • Equal parts water to castor sugar
  • Stir until sugar is completely dissolved
  • Store in fridge up to 1 month
